The Source to Stream Conference invites undergraduate and post-graduate students to submit abstracts for poster presentations.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
DEADLINE: Tuesday, February 24, 2026
SUBMISSION MUST INCLUDE:
Title: A title that summarizes your project relating to stormwater management and/or erosion and sediment control, or natural channel design.
Abstract: Please submit a summary of your project, which should not exceed one page, using the form below.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE BODY OF YOUR ABSTRACT
1. Situation/Problem or Objective: Clear description of the technical issue and context or reason for work and how it is relevant to the industry.
2. Methodology: Detailed methods, procedures, or testing are described.
3. Results: Sustained finding of resolution or attempt at resolution.
4. Lessons Learned: Conclusion framed as take-away lessons or stated.
FORMAT
Student posters must be 24 x 36 inches or 27 x 40 inches and printed on firm material able to stand up on an easel – no standard printing paper.
INCENTIVE TO PARTICIPATE
The student with the top voted poster will win a complimentary conference pass to Source to Stream 2027! Additional benefits:
• Students selected to participate in the poster session will receive a complimentary conference pass, valued at $540.00. Only one complimentary pass per poster submission.
• Expand your network and meet with industry professionals.
• Exposure to potential future employers.
ELIGIBILITY OF POSTER SUBMISSION
• Undergraduate students in final year of program
• Post-graduate students in Masters or PhD programs
Students selected for poster presentation will be notified by Monday, March 16, 2026, at which time additional details will be provided.
