STUDENT POSTERS

The Source to Stream Conference, as with its previous iteration TRIECA, is excited to invite undergraduate and post-graduate students to submit abstracts for poster presentations.

OUR CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS IS NOW OPEN

All interested students are asked to complete the Student Poster submission form before Monday February 6, 2023 and to follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

DEADLINE: February 6, 2023

SUBMISSION MUST INCLUDE:

Title: A title that summarizes your project relating to stormwater management and/or erosion and sediment control, or natural channel design.

Abstract: Please submit a summary of your project, which should not exceed one page, using the form below.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE BODY OF YOUR ABSTRACT

1. Situation/Problem or Objective: Clear description of the technical issue and context or reason for work and how it is relevant to the industry.

2. Methodology: Detailed methods, procedures or testing are described.

3. Results: Sustained finding of resolution or attempt at resolution.

4. Lessons Learned: Conclusion framed as take-away lessons or stated.

INCENTIVE TO PARTICIPATE

The student with the top voted poster will win a complimentary conference pass to Source to Stream 2024! Additional benefits:

Students selected to participate in the poster session will receive a complimentary conference pass, valued at $495. Only one complimentary pass per poster submission.

ELIGIBILITY OF POSTER SUBMISSION

Undergraduate students in final year of program

Post-graduate students in Masters or PhD programs

Students selected for poster presentation will be notified by February 15, 2023, at which time additional details will be provided.
